Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 2 Corinthians 5:17
Believing in Jesus means freedom from sin, re-birth and salvation. Newly created people are restored to the image of God, becoming more and more like Christ Jesus. New creations love Jesus, understand Jesus’ love, and respond to this love. Live with Jesus as the center of life. They love others no more than loving God.
The change of man is the work of the Holy Spirit, and man cannot change man. Chrisitans should become a person who relies on the Holy Spirit and seek the work of the Holy Spirit. But it requires time investment and accumulation. The maturity of faith is a process. What we can do and practice is invite the Holy Spirit into our lives, be humble and do not quench the Spirit.（1 Thessalonians 5:19）
Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. (2 Corinthians 4:16) We live in time and will grow old. Time is limited, so know you are a new creation in Jesus Christ, don’t live in the old way, don’t conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.(Romans 12:1) Set the goals related to the history of God’s salvation and God’s kingdom, get renewed by God’s words and grace everyday, and work hard and bear fruits of love and truth, which will be stored in heaven forever. And when you see the Lord, give the fruit.
