A college for Armenian ecclesiastical students, founded, 1883, by Leo XIII, with the generous aid of some Armenians, according to the plans of Pope Gregory XIII proposed in 1584. Students attend lectures at the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples. The president is an Armenian prelate.
