The Sabbath was a sign of the Mosaic Covenant between God and the Israelites, that covenant, and the sign that accompanied it are now obsolete. Moses, the exodus, the manna, the water, the promised land, the tabernacle, the Feasts, the New Moon festivals, and the Sabbaths were all shadows of what Christ would accomplish in the New Covenant. The New Covenant has now come, and it has been kept on your our behalf by Jesus Christ. He is the covenant maker, and the covenant keeper.
