Today’s Verse: Psalm 119:28 (NKJV)
“My soul melts from heaviness; strengthen me according to Your word.”

When life’s weight becomes unbearable, God’s Word becomes our breath. The psalmist’s cry is familiar to anyone who’s felt crushed by grief, fear, or exhaustion. When the soul is weary, strength doesn’t come from within—it comes from His Word.

There will be moments when it feels like the wind has been knocked out of you—when sorrow steals your strength and you can hardly breathe. But God’s promise remains: His Word restores what life tries to take.

So today, open your Bible and let His truth speak life into you. Ask Him to strengthen you according to His Word, to revive your heart, and to remind you that even in sorrow, you are not alone. His promises are your oxygen; breathe them in deeply.
