Every person has sinned and is under the sentence of death. We are, by our own choices, dead in trespasses and sins. We are unable to will or do anything that is spiritually good in our own strength and power. We do not only just lack administrative power to do good, but mainly a heart to will it and to be pleased with it. We are criminals and God's enemy. We have absolutely no hope for salvation within our own selves. We may conclude from this that no one can actually please God, without receiveing Jesus Christ and His sufficient power and grace. It is only by receiving Christ by faith that we may be enabled to have both the will and the power to do God's will acceptably. God truly loves all of mankind even though we have all rebelled against Him and deserve everlasting punishment. God has provided the total solution and provision for our sinful condition by JESUS CHRIST. While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. "Even when we were dead in sins, He has quickened us together with Christ." "For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." JESUS CHRIST is God’s FREE GIFT offered to every person. It is the GRACE and LOVE of God that saves us. "For by grace you are saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Romans 3:23-26 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that He might be just, and the justifier of him which believes in Jesus." John 3:14-18 "And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: That whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. He that believes on Him is not condemned: but he that believes not is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." Eph. 2:4-5 "But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith He loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, has quickened us together with Christ, by grace you are saved." Eph. 2:8-9 "For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Eph. 2:12-13 " That at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: But now in Christ Jesus you who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ." Titus 3:3-7 "For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior; That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life." Romans 5:6 "For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly." Romans 5:10 "For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life." Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 5:8-10 "But God commends His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement." Romans 8:32 "He that spared not his own son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?" Eph. 1:7 "In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace." 2 Tim. 1:9 "Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began." Col 1:12-14 "Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins." Why Christ came to earth. Matt. 1:21 "And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins." 1 Tim. 1:15 "This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief." Luke 9:56a "For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them." Luke 19:10 "For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost." John 12:46-47 "I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believes on me should not abide in darkness. And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world." John 10:1 "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that enters not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber." Hebrews 7:25 "Wherefore He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him, seeing He ever liveth to make intercession for them." John 6:40 "And this is the will of Him that sent Me, that every one which sees the Son, and believes on Him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day." John 1:12 "But as many as received Him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name." 1 John 5:11-13 "And this is the record, that God has given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that has the Son has life; and he that has not the Son of God has not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may believe on the name of the Son of God." Mark 2:17b "They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance." JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY WAY OF SALVATION. John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." Acts 4:12 "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." Isa. 1:18 "Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool." 1 John 1:7-10 "But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us." "John 3:3 "Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." Isa. 59:1-3 "Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness." God has already made full provision for all of mankind to get out of their corrupted sinful condition. He has gone to great lengths to provide complete salvation for EVERYONE. 1 Tim. 2:3-4 "For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth." 2 Peter 3:9 "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." Ezek. 33:11 "Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn!, turn from your evil ways; for why will you die, O house of Israel?" Romans 10:9-11 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed." Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." The law cannot make any person holy. The law itself cannot create the love that is required to fulfill it. No works of the law will accomplish anything in regards to walking in holiness and being free from the domain of sin. Gal 3:11 ''But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith." Gal 3:21-22 "Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. But the scripture has concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe." Romans 8:2-11 "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. But you are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwells in you." God has provided not only forgiveness for sin but actual salvation from sin. He also provides Righteousness, Peace , Joy and His very own life. He offers freedom from guilt and Holy living. Your choice is to believe in Him and His Gift and then actually receive JESUS CHRIST and abide in HIM. Acts 16:30b-31 "Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house." Your only real choice is to accept Him, or reject Him. "He that has the Son has life; and he that has not the Son of God has not life."
