Bishop M.A. Lalachan is serving as an Executive Director with Transformation India Movement (TIM) based in Patna, Bihar. He also was involved with Believers Church / Gospel for Asia for more than 25 years in different states in India: Jharkhand, Maharastra, and Bihar. From Nagpur, he helped Believers Church establish work in Nagpur, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Aurangabad, and Mumbai.

He has mentored and developed hundreds of Clergy, students, pastors, and church workers. Currently his main focus is Church planting and training.
