Dr. Philip M. Riegel has served in the Gospel ministry since 1983 and he has been a Christian servant leader and preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ since 1969. He was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and has served as pastor of many churches in Texas. He earned his Master of Divinity degree and Doctor of Ministry degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
