We are a group of followers of Jesus Christ. Given that the Bible is God’s definitive communication with us, it’s at the centre of everything we do. In his word God tells us how we can know him and live for him through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe this is the best news in the world, since the Bible shows us that humankind’s greatest need is reconciliation to the God who made us. We believe that God is honoured as we gather together and as we live out our faith in Jesus from day to day. We have been serving the local community from our current building since 1942. Baptists have been in Ireland since about 1650. Our church was set up in Ireland at that time. We are part of the Association of Baptist Churches in Ireland (ABCI).
