Where Solomon directs prayer towards a physical house/temple raised by man for prayers to be heard. We have faith in the Temple raised by God in Jesus Christ the author and finisher of our faith who intercedes, and mediates to God for those prayers and supplication of his people saved from their sins, Furthermore we have the Holy Spirit Rom_8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
