Morning Verses With Mike
Deuteronomy 7:9 (NLT)
"Understand, therefore, that the Lord your God is indeed God. He is the faithful God who keeps his covenant for a thousand generations and lavishes his unfailing love on those who love him and obey his commands."

Simply said. God's love and promises are faithful. He will keep his word for all of time. The reference to the thousand generations is used to illustrate eternity. His love is eternal and rushes over us like water. On the flip side keep in mind if we disobey, and we break trust, he will fulfill the promise of punishment beyond our years here on earth. But, for today, let's stay focused on the positive… how do we maintain that. Stay in the light, and the love, maintain your faith and obey what God asks.
