Proverbs 30: 32
"If you have been a fool by being proud or plotting evil, cover your mouth in shame."

Today's verse addresses two sins: pride and plotting evil. The Lord says that both of these are foolish.

Foolishness is acting without wisdom. If you have been proud, humble yourself before God, and remember that without Him, you can do nothing.

The second sin this verse addresses is plotting evil. I am reminded of people who have computer skills and use them to hack and trouble others.

If you have been using your mind to do evil, stop right now, and use the mind and the skills God has given you to do good.
