This verse is used to "prove" that salvation can be lost and that even if God declares us righteous by faith if a person commits sin, they will still DIE IN THIER SIN AND GOD WILL NOT REMEMBER THE RIGHTEOUSNESS THEY HAVE DONE. We will look at Ezekiel 18 as a chapter to see context and to what is this warning referring? Does this DISPROVE "ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED"? DOES THIS VERSE PROVE WE DO NOT HAVE ETERNAL SECURITY DESPITE THE SACRIFICE OF JESUS? Does our sin make us lost again?' I hope this is an edifying discussion and the meaning is clear. Ultimately take this to God and His Word, meditate on it, search the context and let the Spirit of Truth reveal what this means and if we have assurance.
