Today’s Verse: Hebrews 13:5 (NKJV)
“Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you.’”
True wealth isn’t measured by what you own; it’s found in the presence of God. The love of money promises security but never satisfies. Contentment, on the other hand, brings peace, rest, and joy because it’s rooted in the unshakable promise of God’s presence.
When your heart chases possessions or approval, you’ll never feel full. But when you rest in the truth that God will never leave or forsake you, you already have everything you need.
So today, take inventory not of what’s in your bank account, but of who holds your heart. Be content with what you have, thankful for what He’s given, and confident that the Lord Himself is your greatest treasure.
