In this study, Pastor Kevin again spends the entire study dealing with Revelation 4:1 as a type of the Rapture.

The doctrine of the rapture states that at some time in the future believers who are alive on earth will be instantly changed into a new body and be “caught up” (raptured) to be with Jesus, without having to die physically first.

Last week he used related passages in 1 Corinthians, 1 and 2 Thessalonians which clearly teach that there will be a rapture.

This week pastor Kevin deals with the timing of the rapture. Many debate about whether it will be before the “Tribulation” or will it be Mid-Trib, what about Pre-Wrath, or Post Trib? Kevin uses verses from 9" class="scriptRef">Rev 19, Matthew 24-25, Dan 2, 7, 9 and 12, and Isaiah 26 to show that all the rapture theories (except pre-trib) are eliminated by the combined information given to us by God in these prophecies.

Next week, Kevin picks up with the rest of Revelation chapter 4 and 5 as Jesus prepares to open the seals of the scroll.
