The Apostle Paul in his 3rd missionary journey meets some disciples who only knew of John's baptism. After teaching them of the way of Christ more accurately & baptizes them in water, he lays hands on them to receive the baptism with the Holy Spirit. The church today needs the power of the Holy Spirit to reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ!
