Dearest Victory Baptist Church Family & Friends,

The first thing you do when you find yourself trying to get out of a hole you’ve dug yourself into, is to stop digging. “You’ll never dig yourself out of a hole!”

Spiritually speaking many of us find ourselves in a hole. And because we’ve invested so much energy, labor, and other costs to get us there, we think we need to double-down our efforts and resources even more, but we wind up even deeper in that hole.

In the worship service link provided here, I preach the sermon, “THE LORD IS ABLE TO GIVE YOU MUCH MORE THAN THIS,” from 2 Chronicles 25:9, to show that God can replace that which we’ve squandered away foolishly —thinking it was a good investment— if we’d but forget it and from this time forward trust Him completely.
