My name is Becca Elizabeth Bowen, and I am 26-years-old. I am a 1st grade teacher from central Illinois and married to my best friend. 

Systematic theology & biblical typology (give these a google) completely changed the way I viewed God, the Bible, and life, so my videos are rooted in these methods of studying Scripture. I believe we are saved by the 5 solas (grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, according to Scripture alone, to the glory of God alone). This hour opens with the truth that we overcome evil with good. God's justice is brought to pass as ministers speak up and act for the Father within the body of Christ. Believers should show these ministers honor and respect for the work of love. When we are with a brother or sister or Christ who is less mature than we are, we should not allow or freedom in Christ to be a stumbling stone to them. Nor are we to judge another believer, for they have the same master as we do--the Lord Jesus Christ. 
 
We can encourage one another just as Christ set an example of humility and service. Jesus Christ is the only hope for any person--Judean or non-Judean. Paul prayed that his service would be received around the world as he heralded forth salvation through Jesus Christ. This magnificent epistle closes with person greetings to many at Rome. We see Paul's love and tender heart toward these believers. Finally, Paul mentions the mystery of the one body of Christ.

That we may teach every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus (Colossians 1:28). 
 
Though we desire that many will come, we more so desire that those here would be grounded and settled in the Faith, growing spiritually, moving on to maturity in Christ Jesus.
