In the midst of an economic recession and a worldwide pandemic, thousands of people have been laid off from their jobs. It’s been tragic event after tragic event, especially for all the unemployed who need to pay bills and bring food to the table.

It’s during a crisis like this that people turn to God, questioning their misfortune or asking for guidance. They may interpret being jobless as the Lord’s way of punishing them for their sins, thinking that He is simply allowing them to experience the consequences of their own choices. Some also consider it as a divine test of their faith. They believe God is only making them go through hard times to see how strong their perseverance is. 

When you’re still on the hunt for a job, it’s important to remember that God is always with you, even in your lowest of low. He knows what you’re going through and He wants to help you get through it. Just put yourself out there, keep your faith strong, and trust in the Lord. With hard work and unwavering determination, you’ll make it through whatever obstacles blocking your path towards your dream career. Be encouraged with these verses:
