But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Matthew 6:33
In our quest to seek questions about our life and the paths we are heading to, we are called rather to seek the greater kingdom above us and the goodness of God. The Lord wants us to delight in Him and put attention on the causes that God called us to. To honor Him in our lives, and to live a life that leads others by seeing the goodness of God, that will eventually lead them in a life repentance and in the refuge of our heavenly Father.
God as a Father promised that while we do His desires and will, He will not forsake us by meeting our needs. In most of the time in our lives, we found ourselves in the loop of survival and forgetting our ultimate purposes in our lives. In today’s scripture, we are encouraged by the Lord to seek His will, seek His goodness in your lives, you who are a favored child of God, and the rest of the things we worry about, the Lord can meet. Live for His purposes, and a life well lived follows.
