Pray for those who persecute you.” (Matthew 5:44) Repent — From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.” (Matthew 4:17) Believe in Jesus — “Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the works themselves.” (John 14:11) Follow Jesus — “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. Teach them to obey everything I have commanded you.” (Matthew 28:19-20) Pray always — “Pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen.” (Luke 21:36) Love with the love of Jesus — “Love one another.” (John 13:34-35) If we do these things, we ‘ill find our light and momentary troubles be temporary and of little consequence compared ter Skipper’s eternal glory.
