5. Thoughts… righteous Their purposes, intentions, accord with justice, or a judicial decision; that is, are like unto one. They meditate, and intend nothing but what is right. The counsels תחבלות , tahhbuloth, (comp. Proverbs 1:5; Proverbs 11:14,) the governing principles, of the wicked are deceit. Are intended to deceive.
