All my bones = all the members of my body. Interpretation belongs to the speaker. The Application belongs (1) to the O.T. saints (Psalms 139:13-16 ), and (2) to the later members referred to in Ephesians 1:22 , Ephesians 1:23 ; Ephesians 2:21 ; Ephesians 4:4-16 . Note their experiences: Psalms 6:2 (vexed); Psalms 22:14 (out of joint); but "not broken" (Psalms 34:20 John 19:36 . Exodus 12:46 ); His heart broken (Psalms 69:20 ); so our hearts (Psalms 34:18 ); but not ourselves (John 10:27-29 ).
