Note the repetition of the fact that the craftsmen followed the Lord’s instructions to Moses precisely (Exodus 39:1; Exodus 39:5; Exodus 39:7; Exodus 39:21; Exodus 39:26; Exodus 39:29; Exodus 39:31).
