all the silver vessels weighed two thousand and four hundred shekels , after the shekel of the sanctuary ; which amounted to 1,139 ounces and four drachms F11 Vid. Scheuchzer. ut supra. (Physic. Sacr. vol. 2. p. 366.) , which were worth about three hundred pounds of our money.
