Luke 1:78

78 Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us,

Ver. 78. Whereby the day spring ] Or as Beza rendereth it, the branch ( ανατολη ) from on high, not from beneath, as other plants or branches. So the anchor of hope entereth not into the deep, but into that within the veil, Hebrews 6:19 .
