Verse 23
23 And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.
Ver. 23. Compel them ] This may be meant (saith Mr Perkins) of the Christian magistrate; for that is the magistrate’s duty in respect of the outward profession.
