John 1:29

29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

Ver. 29. Taketh away ] Or, that is taking away, ο αιρων , by a perpetual act, as the sun doth shine, as the spring doth run,Zechariah 13:1; Zechariah 13:1 . This should be as a perpetual picture in our hearts. As we multiply sins, he multiplieth pardons, Isaiah 55:7 .
