Verse 12
12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
Ver. 12. Is rich unto all, &c. ] He cannot therefore be poor that can pray; for he shall have out his prayer, either in money or money’s worth.
