1 Corinthians 12:12

12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

Ver. 12. So also is Christ ] Mystical Christ, the Church. Christ the Saviour of his body Eph 5:23 accounts not himself complete without his Church, Ephesians 1:23 . So God is called Jacob, Psalms 24:6 .
