Philippians 2:9

9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:

Ver. 9. Wherefore God also, &c. ] "Wherefore" denoteth not the cause, but the order of Christ’s exaltation, as a consequent of his sufferings, as some conceive.
