Thou shalt speak . The Septuagint and the Vulgate have, "Thou shalt speak to him ," which undoubtedly gives the true sense. Moses was to speak to Aaron, Aaron to Pharaoh. (See Exodus 4:15 , Exodus 4:16 .)
