Exodus 15:18 - Exposition
In terms most simple yet most grand, often imitated ( Psalms 10:16 ; Psalms 29:10 ; Psalms 146:10 , etc.), but never surpassed, the poet gives the final result of all God's providential and temporary arrangements, to wit, the eternal establishment of his most glorious kingdom. And here reaching the final consummation of all things ( 1 Corinthians 15:28 ), he will not weaken the impression made by adding another word, but ends his ode.
