Let him proclaim it. <indent>Let him declare and lay out before me</indent> what has happened since I established my ancient people, <indent>and what is yet to come—</indent> <indent>yes, let them foretell what will come.</indent> </poetry> 8 <poetry>Do not tremble, do not be afraid. <indent>Did I not proclaim this and foretell it long ago?</indent> You are my witnesses.
