He layeth up. Same word as "hide" in Proverbs 2:1 . The wicked cannot find. The righteous must dig. It is in safety from the enemy. sound wisdom = something stable. Hebrew. tushiyah = that which is, or stability. May be so rendered in all its twelve occurrences.
