What are your expectations of Christmas?

Advent is the season in the church year that leads up to Christmas and the celebration of God-becoming-man to save all of us from sin, death, and the power of the devil.

For us, no matter what our expectations happen to be, they will be met – and then some – by God’s mercy and grace. They may not be met the way we want them to be. But our expectations – that come through our faith in God – will be met powerfully by Jesus Christ.
