1. What impacted you most from the lesson last week on Paul’s introduction of his letter? What new thing did you learn about the gospel?



2. Read 1:18-20. Define “wrath” and, from these verses, explain why God is pouring out His wrath.


3. What can we learn about God from His creation and what can we not learn?



4. Read 1:21-23. From these verses, how have human beings rejected the knowledge of God revealed by creation? What are the consequences of rejecting God?



5. In vs 22-23, what exchange has humanity made and how do you see this played out in our world?



6. Read 1:24-28. What are some of the reasons God links the sin of idolatry to sexual immorality? (See also Genesis 1:26-27; 2:24-25; Mark 10:8-9; I Cor. 6:9-11, and 18-20)
