The kingdom of God was never meant to be a solo project. When Jesus said the gates of hell would not prevail, he wasn’t talking about an individual… he was talking about the church. The community of believers isn’t an optional add-on to the Christian life, it’s the primary place where the kingdom becomes visible to a watching world. This week we reclaim a vision of the church that is less social club and more kingdom outpost… a people so shaped by another reality that their life together becomes impossible to explain without God.
