ALL DEVOTIONALS LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES LONG. The Creator made the heavens and the earth and entered His creation to solve the sin problem and give hope. Jesus died on the cross to transform all who are willing. The Scriptures are an unfailing guide for living a rational and joy-filled life of selfless goodness toward all. Your Father in heaven desires to give you the kingdom! Many have rejected a caricature of Christianity. And yet, the existence of significant caricatures points to an authentic original. There is a path of hope and an abundant life. Jesus said, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled." You long for something more. You can have it beginning today. You can receive all, but you must give all. Many are not ready to give all. My desire is that this channel will help people taste and see that the Lord is good.

Larry Kirkpatrick has served as a pastor since 1994 and preached and taught about Jesus on several continents.

We blame our leaders. Replace the leader and everything will be OK. But this is not what the Bible teaches. If the people obey God, the king will too. If the people do not obey, the king will not obey. Not the leader, but the people, determine the result. Think about that...

I believe in the modern pluralistic society we are living in today our churches are often lacking in real answers. Many churches will leave you with a "feel good" emotion but cannot say with confidence that they are giving you the truth. At Berean Baptist Church we preach and teach the truth of God's word. When you come to our services you will find that our focus remains on the greatness of God and not on the greatness of man. In a time when people are hurting we seek to promote the Bible as the source that can heal.
