Synopsis: God foiled Isaac's plan to bless Esau instead of Jacob, and Esau found no place for repentance. As Esau plotted to take revenge upon his brother, Issac blessed Jacob and sent him away to find a bride among their kin. The contrast between believing Isaac and unbelieving Esau is one for all to take to heart so we by faith might repent and receive the blessing of righteousness from God.
