The Co-operation of Hiram 1 Kings 5:0 HIRAM is first mentioned in 2 Samuel 5:11 , and a parallel passage will be found in 1 Chronicles 14:1 , from which we learn that he sent workmen and materials to David for the building of his own palace. According to tradition, Hiram was a tributary or dependent monarch.
