Light of the World

Dear God, I will sing praises to You in front of other people. I will not be ashamed that You are my Lord and my God, and the One I serve. May I be consistent in worshiping You not only with my lips, but with my life. In Christ's name, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, please teach us to love one another, just how You and Your only begotten Son love us unconditionally. Our love for each other will show others that we truly worship and serve You. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Dear God, I will forever praise and worship Your name for the great love You have shown me. I will sing and not be ashamed of Your praises, that people around me may know that You are faithful from the beginning until the end. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, enable us to share the gospel of salvation to the people around me. May I be bold enough to testify of Your love and grace in front of my loved ones and friends, that they may also receive the gift of eternal life. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear God, we know we have sinned against You, and so we humble ourselves and ask for Your forgiveness. Teach us to diligently seek Your will in our lives, and may You provide spiritual healing to our broken and weary hearts. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear God, please increase our faith so that we may please You. There may be hardships and problems in this life, but as long as we believe in Your words, and continue serving You, we know You are pleased in us. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear God, guide us today in the challenges that we will face. Remind us to acknowledge and remember Your words in everything we do. Once we learn to trust in You, we know You would make our paths straight. In Christ's name, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, teach us to be more like You - in our thinking, our actions, and even in the things we say. Help us to realize our shortcomings and apply whatever it is we learn from Your holy word. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear God, may we always be reminded of Your great power and might. If you created the entire universe in a matter of days, surely You have the power to take care of our problems. May we always trust in You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear God, thank You for giving us the Holy Spirit to dwell and empower us to do Your will. May we emulate Your love, joy, peace, patience, and faithfulness that we become worthy to be called Your servants. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear God, thank You for Your great love for us. Thank You for giving us second chances whenever we fall. It is only by Your grace and mercy that we are still here to worship and serve You. You are truly faithful. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear Father, thank You for sending Your Son Jesus to save us. Now we will not be afraid when the day comes that You will carry out judgment on earth. May You always remind us that this world is not our home, and one day, our Savior will bring us to heaven. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear God, may You keep our lips clean, our minds pure, and our meditations acceptable in Your sight. Allow Your words to fill us with optimism and trust in You, that whatever happens, You will be there for us. In Christ's name, Amen.

Dear God, teach us not to worry about tomorrow, but put our trust in You. May we always remember Your promise to give us our needs if we put You first in our lives. Thank You because we know You always keep Your promises. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear Father, thank You for giving us the courage to face life's problems with confidence. Even though we may not see the future, we know You will be there to help us and keep us. We place our trust not on ourselves, but on Your strength. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear God, may we always remember to worship You in spirit and in truth, whether we are inside the church building or not. Help us to realize that worshipping You should not be a ritual or a set of rules, but a lifestyle that we gladly adhere to. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear Father God, always remind us to keep our eyes on heavenly and spiritual things, and not focus on this material world. As long as our eyes and hearts are focused on You and Your Son Jesus Christ, we will never falter in doing Your will. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear God, we pray that we only rely on Your grace and mercy all our days. Help us not to focus on our strengths and possessions, but rather have faith that You will always be there to guide us every step of the way. In Christ's name, Amen.

Dear God, remind us to praise Your name with everything that we are. May we always realize that we also need to keep our hearts pure and not inclined to sin whenever we give You praise. It is the only way our praise will be acceptable to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear God, help us to continue following Your will. It is only through Your wisdom and understanding that we're able to succeed in handling these problems. Remind us to keep an attentive ear and develop a teachable heart. In Christ's name, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, we thank You for making the first move for us to be reconciled with God. It is only through the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus, that we can receive salvation. In Christ's name we pray. Amen.

Dear God, it is only through intimate knowledge of You that we are capable of experiencing abundance. Teach us to know more about Your word, promises, and even punishments. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear God, may we be willing to offer the type of worship that fits Your honor and glory. May we never forget the awe and wonder we feel whenever we kneel in Your presence in prayer. On Christ's name, Amen.

Dear God, remind us to hold on to Your word that You are always aware of our situation. Whether we are in the midst of wicked people, or fellow believers, may we always remember that You alone can give true fairness in this world. In Jesus' name, Amen.
