Agnolo, Aniello Fiore, a Neapolitan sculptor, flourished about the 15th century. He executed two works in the Church of San Domenico Maggiore at Naples, which, according to Cicognara, possess considerable merit in design-one a basso- relievo, dated 1470; the other a Virgin and Infant, with two angels, on the monument of Mariano Alaneo.

John McClintock was born October 27, 1814 in Philadelphia to Irish immigrants, John and Martha McClintock. He began as a clerk in his father's store, and then became a bookkeeper in the Methodist Book Concern in New York. Here he converted to Methodism and considered joining the ministry.
