Arevalo, Rodrigues Sanchez De a Spanish bishop, was born at St. Maria de Nieva, in the diocese of Segovia, in 1404. He studied law at Salamanca, and the kings, John II and Henry IV of Castile, whose secretary he was, made use of his talents on several occasions.
