Calino, Mutio an Italian prelate and theologian. was born at Brescia. He was archbishop of Zara, and, as such, assisted at the Council of Trent. He died at Terni, April 6, 1570. He wrote some works, among which we notice Constitutiones Synodales, etc. (1567). See Hoefer, Nouv. Biog. Generale, s.v.

John McClintock was born October 27, 1814 in Philadelphia to Irish immigrants, John and Martha McClintock. He began as a clerk in his father's store, and then became a bookkeeper in the Methodist Book Concern in New York. Here he converted to Methodism and considered joining the ministry.
