Many people often find themselves overwhelmed doing many things for God or too busy in life to stop and learn from God. In his interaction with Martha and Mary, Jesus reminds all his disciples that we must make learning from him of great importance. When our activities keep is from learning, then our activities are a hindrance to our relationship with God and maybe even an idol.
