This Sermon explores Jesus' compassion as demonstrated by his 3 day healing marathon in the region of the Decapolis and Jesus' feeding of the 4000 that caps it all off. We can learn the following 5 aspects of compassion from Jesus:

1. Gaining Compassion in General The Situation (Healings on a Massive Level).
2. Having Specific/Special Compassion (Jesus takes a deaf man aside and heals him).
3. Giving glory to God through the results/goal of Compassion (they glorified the God of Israel saying He has done all things well!).
4. Feeling compassion to the point of empathy and sacrifice (Jesus: "I feel compassion for the people").
5. Realizing the endless supply of God's compassion (Jesus deeds the 4000 with plenty left over). The sermon ends with an application call to read and obey Matthew 10:42 and Matthew 25:37-40 and to plan specific acts of compassion with your family this Christmas season.
