 The Antichrist will not come on the scene until the Day of the Lord. The church will be taken out prior prior to this tribulation and emergence of the AntiChrist. He will come with all deceitful signs and lying wonders and over the course of time he will demand exclusive worship.One of the very remarkable things that will characterize the Antichrist is his ability to do great wonders and miracles in the sight of men. He will literally be energized by Satan himself.

 When Paul and his associates first visited the city of Thessalonca, they taught extensively concerning the chronology of end time events. After leaving the city, a forged letter emerged which taught in contradiction to Paul. 
 
 Paul now writes to set the record straight.. More specifically, he says the tribulation will not come until the restrainer is removed and the Anti-Christ is revealed. The restrainer who is the Holy Spirit, will be removed at the rapture.

This section of scripture ends the doctrinal section of the book of Galatians. Paul uses an analogy from an Old Testament narrative to compare the promise of God, fulfilled in Christ, with the law of Moses. This section ends in dramatic fashion, when Paul tells the story of Ishmael and Hagar, being expelled from Abraham's household. The command of God given to Abraham, to cast out the bondwoman and her son, illustrates the attitude believers should have to the law. We are no longer under the law, and we must drive out any lingering thoughts that we are subject to it.
