We live in an age where western-style culture has permeated our thinking of what is normal for a Christian. The philosophy of our age is in thinking "What is in it for me?" God's message is not that at all, and any ministry that projects such thinking is adding to the superficial type experience some professing Christians find themselves.
4. the MUST of SURRENDERED RIGHTS
Surrendering all our rights to God through "death" to ourselves and our own interests Romans 6-7 must become a reality for Jesus Christ to become Lord of our lives. We are so in love with ourselves by nature, there must be a divine transaction and agreement with God about being "crucified with Christ" as Paul talks a bout in Galatians 2:20. It must become more than theology, but practical reality so we need not continue to fulfill the lusts and works of the flesh. Galatians 5:19-22.
