Carter started a Facebook Live Series, "Fascinate My Spirit," on April 5th, 2020, with teaching, prayer, and communion, and posturing the participants to become captivated by God. God created human beings with the ability to live and thrive in both the natural and spiritual worlds. As we commune with God, He reveals himself to us; we learn "His ways." Every miracle and supernatural act in the Bible is a "portal," an invitation to revelation, leading the seeker of God into an ever-increasing reality of participation in God's Kingdom realm.
