"Wherever there's a corpse, there will the vultures gather." This Scripture will be understood simply by first understanding the reference of corpse and vultures.

Scriptures says that it is the Spirit of God that gives life, meaning that anyone without the LORD's Spirit although may be living, would be dead spiritually.

Vultures always are attracted to dead things and so people who are spiritually dead by means of not having God's Spirit attract evil spirit who are referred to in this context as vultures.
